VITAJEAN headquarters is designed in the center of Ho Chi Minh City with mixed office and commercial functions. With the advantage of location, the project is designed with many approaches to effectively exploit land use in commercial streets.

To achieve the LOTUS green building certificate, the building is applied with many energy-saving design solutions such as using a 2-layer facade to reduce radiation, developing a vertical green landscape, and optimizing the MEP system.
