The building is located at 1-3-5 Dinh Tien Hoang next to the Hoan Kiem Lake, once known as “Shark Jaw” with controversial architecture. The proposed design of renovation works is designed to meet many requirements related to the surrounding landscape of the area. The requirement is to ensure a modern design without breaking the landscape in the heart area of ​​Hanoi. The renovated building with green architecture combined with soft curves to harmonize with the landscape space around Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square.
