THM Spaceship project with a scale of 2ha, located in the Ca Na sea area, connects to attractive tourist destinations of Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan. However, the neighborhood context is one of the project’s challenges. With the orientation to become a high-class resort, the location of the land surrounded by industrial zones and thermal power plants, the coast with narrow sand and many rocks brings many disadvantages to a project. To address those limitations, JC Scape offers a design concept that approaches the strategy of creating self-value. The work is designed with a special form, different landscape spaces, and class. THM Spaceship Concept is like a trip back to earth to start the journey to explore exciting spaces, taking passengers on an adventure with many emotions.
