Tan Hoang Mai City project is located in Hoang Mai district, Ho Chi Minh City. Hanoi is designed with a scale of 20ha including 40-storey apartment buildings, 40-storey mixed buildings and 30-storey condotel and officetel complexes. The architectural design is combined with interlocking blocks, creating overhead green spaces for community activities and increasing the greenery area for the project.

The project is formed with a series of prominent utilities such as 300m long water park, a theme park with 7000m2 koi fish tank, a commercial walking street, an orchid garden in the commercial center, and a range of urban facilities that serve residents’ basic needs such as play spaces for children, sports activities for youth and theme clubs for the elderly.
