The Oasis City project, located in Hoang Mai district, Ha Noi City, is designed with a scale of 20Ha including 40-storey apartment buildings, 40-storey mixed buildings and 30-storey condotel and officetel complexes. The architectural design is combined with interlocking blocks, creating overhead green spaces to meet community activities and increase the green area for the project.

The project is conceived with a series of highlight utilities such as a 300m long water park, a theme park with a 7000m2 koi aquarium, a commercial pedestrian street, an orchid garden in the commercial center, and a series of urban amenities that serve the basic needs of residents such as play space for children, sports space for youth and theme clubs for the elderly.
