The event was part of the Contemporary Planning & Architecture Conference, focusing on education and professional practice in the context of international integration, leading up to the 55th anniversary of Hanoi Architectural University.

The presentation highlighted JC Design Group’s expertise in integrating Planning, Architecture, and Landscape in real estate projects, emphasizing project operations and the architect’s role in shaping the market. Architect Trần Hoàng Hải Nam also shared JC’s experience in implementing an integrated design model and emphasized the importance of establishing Real Estate Design & Development programs in both domestic and international universities.
