The roof of the Mon Central apartment building is designed to become an entertainment point for residents in the building with many facilities such as a swimming pool, cafe, restaurant and relaxing space overlooking the city.

The landscape design uses plants grown in portable tubs, which can flexibly organize space for different activities such as family parties, and birthdays. Besides the vibrant spaces, some areas are designed to create a private, quiet space for gentle activities such as yoga, reading.
