Dong Duong Center project is located in an area oriented for urban development of Tu Son commune with population, economy and favorable geographical location. The new operating model is the first large-scale project in the region.
The connection between functions commercial – service – office is set as the goal of the project. Since then, the design of Dong Duong Center is the unified interference between solid and hollow, creating diverse, attractive, and unique spaces, attracting people’s attention to the project. The facade of the building uses the aluminum facade, which not only brings energy efficiency to the building but also gives visitors a unique experience of mixed light.
