GREEN PARADISE HIGH-QUALITY TOURISM LANDSCAPE DESIGN
WON THE NATIONAL URBAN PLANNING AWARD - BRONZE AWARD

Architects. Tran Hoang Hai Nam accompanied by the National Institute of Urban and Rural Planning was honored to receive the National Urban Planning Award (VUPA) for the Green Paradise Quy Nhon project, (Bronze Prize).

Participants in the Award are individuals and organizations, operating in the field of construction planning, urban management and development. The award aims to honor excellent planning projects with creativity and innovation, projects that have been invested in construction and well managed; publications on urban planning, management and development with quality and positive social impact.

The award also honors individuals and groups with many activities and achievements in urban management, development and environmental protection in urban areas across the country. VUPA is also an encouragement for businesses that make many contributions to the common cause of the country.

GIO HAI SERVICE AND TOURISM AREA PLANNING
WON THE NATIONAL URBAN PLANNING AWARD - GOLDEN AWARD

Also within the framework of the second VUPA, JC continued to receive the Gold Award for the project Planning Gio Hai Tourism Service Area in Gio Hai Commune, Gio Linh District, Quang Tri Province. The project with a scale of 13.45 hectares, and about 7 hectares of the coastal forest environment, is oriented to be the most luxurious service – tourism area in the Central region, promoting and honoring the national identity. This is not only a resort but also somewhere to restore and improve health through oriental health care therapies. It will also be a place to respect the environment through sustainable development. Gio Hai project is located in Quang Tri province, which is considered the first capital of Lord Nguyen – the beginning of the Nguyen Dynasty – the last feudal dynasty and also the dynasty that marked many ups and downs of the Vietnamese nation.

With that historical position, Gio Hai is oriented to develop into a resort with contemporary royal colors. One of the unique features of Gio Hai is that guests staying at the resort will experience festivals and rituals bearing the imprint of the Nguyen Dynasty, thereby giving visitors a true view of the feudal royal family in Vietnam as well as for visitors to feel directly as part of the feudal history. Children get to know the history of the dynasties through demonstrations and parades, leaving an indelible mark on visitors’ memories when coming here. And even more important is the opportunity to educate young children about nature and sustainable values. This will also be an important driving force to boost the economy and contribute to the preservation of local culture in Quang Tri.

VINH PHUC EXHIBITION CENTER ARCHITECTURE JC ARCHITECTS
WON THE 1ST PRIZE IN THE DESIGN CONTEST

In August 2021, the architectural design consultancy JC Scape was announced to win the first prize in the competition to select the architectural design plan for the Exhibition Center, introducing the socio-economic achievements of Vinh Phuc province. The contest starts on April 2, 2021, organized by the Vinh Phuc Department of Construction and Vinh Phuc Province Construction Investment Project Management Board.

The goal is a cultural work with modern and unique architecture, aiming to become a typical architectural work of the province. At the same time, the project is a multi-functional complex, where the planning projects of Vinh Phuc province are displayed; a place to converge, introduce, promote and honor economic and social development and tourism development; a place for cultural exchange and trade promotion between domestic and international organizations and individuals, between Vinh Phuc province and other provinces.

+ Third Prize: Joint Venture of Company 1+1>2 and Construction University Consulting Co., Ltd.

The first prize solution proposed by the architectural design consultancy JC is inspired by four main rivers flowing through Vinh Phuc, including the Red River, Lo River, Day River and Ca River. The flow of these four rivers has brought along the alluvial layers deposited on the riverbanks and alluvial grounds. Over time, the amount of silt accumulated is large enough to build up valuable lands and diverse cultural areas of Vinh Phuc province. “Phu Sa Island” is designed based on those images, the socio-economic achievements of the province are converged and condensed values ​​over time nurtured by natural conditions and efforts of the Vinh Phuc people. The first prize option has been selected to complete the equipment to serve the start of construction in the second quarter of 2022.

THE AWARD FOR THE MOST BEAUTIFUL URBAN AREA IN VIET NAM - DOT PROPERTIES AWARDS 2020

Dot Property Awards is one of the major and prestigious international real estate awards in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Danko City has a scale of 50ha, with a variety of real estate types such as townhouses, detached villas, duplex villas and townhouses. JC Scape developed the project according to the model of sustainable development: environmentally friendly, economic development of the local economic zone, promoting the social development of the community.
