Job Description
I. Responsibilities:
– Designing the land use planning, land use structure and land use plan.
– Researching, designing and organizing the landscape architectural space, master plan, design solutions on shapes, height, construction density, construction boundaries.
– Researching the design of public spaces, urban utilities, landscape organization, trees, urban aesthetic lighting, architectural works.
– Making documents, drawings, explanations and reports on architectural planning solutions in the master plan according to legal regulations Presenting the design to the investor, the approving agency;
– Presenting the design to the investor and the approving agency;
– Other jobs within the scope of technology deployment as required by the company.
II. Requirements:
– Have the University Degree/ Associate Degree majoring in architectural design, planning, landscape or related discipline
– At least 1 year of experience in urban design
– Ability to work independently and work in a team
– Proficient in using software: AutoCad, Photoshop (or Sketchup, 3DMax). Knowing how to use Sketchup, Lumion, 3DMax is an advantage
– Have interesting in and knowledgeable about trees is an advantage
– Fluency in English is a plus

IV. Working Time – Workplace
1. Time
– Working hours: 8.30 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays/ month
– Siesta: from 12 pm to 1.30 pm
