The project is located in the Ciputra international urban area complex, with convenient traffic connections from the main roads, the ring road of the city as well as access to Noi Bai airport. With this convenient location, the overall project is oriented to become Financial Hub – the Capital’s financial center. Therefore, JC Scape offers approaching design goals strategy including technology application, multi-functional space construction, impressive experience, and financial focus. The landscape concept is called “Financial Flow” and develops its identity as a pioneering, modern financial hub.
The biggest challenge is finding the solution for the central landscape core with a high construction density design status. JC’s idea is to use the water element in Southeast Asian culture – as a symbol of wealth and prosperity flows and investment and financial flows. The flows converge at the center of the project to form a great financial square. The landscape network forms multi-functional spaces while diversifying landscape utility activities, creating Financial Hub space experiences.
