Job Description
I. Responsibilities:
– Examining fields, collecting and checking input data;
– Designing, controlling water supply and drainage systems of construction.
– Deploying the design of the civil engineering design, the basic engineering design (including explanations and drawings), … items of water supply, fire prevention and fighting;
– Planning to calculate scale, capacity, hydraulics, etc. for water supply and drainage;
– Making a table of quantities, estimates and cost estimates (if any);
– Presenting against investors, consulting and supervising technical solutions and equipment proposed by the unit;
– Supporting bidding work;
– Leading Water Supply & Drainage team to follow the project progress
– Other tasks assigned by superiors related to majors.
II. Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in water supply and drainage, environment,… from University of Architecture, Construction, Transport,…
– Experience in leading and managing teams;
– Priority is given to candidates who have a practicing certificate in designing water supply and drainage systems or technical infrastructure;
– At least 02 years of experience in the field of design or construction of water supply and drainage systems and technical infrastructure projects, with priority given to high-rise buildings and commercial center projects, resort projects;
– Experience in working with equipment and material suppliers to collect information, update equipment and new technologies for design;
– Understand and apply Vietnamese and international design standards in design;
– Knowledge and proficiency using software: AutoCAD, office (M.Word, M.Excel, M.Powerpoint)… and software that supports design calculations;
– Basic knowledge of principles and order of work management, management of records, principles of design drawings’ presentations, explanations (including technical specifications), making design estimates;
– Knowledge of types of materials, specifications of materials used in actual construction.

IV. Working Time – Workplace
1. Time
– Working hours: 8.30 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays/ month
– Siesta: from 12 pm to 1.30 pm
