Senior Urban Designer (Technic)

I. Responsibilities:

– Deploying design documents in each phase and accordance with the Company’s regulations and standards;

– Deploying basic design documents and drawings, project construction design;

– Leading the urban design team to follow the project progress

– Coordinating the departments of infrastructure, electricity and water, structure related to the implementation project;

– Other jobs within the scope of technology deployment as required by the company.

II. Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree from the university specializing in architecture such as the University of Architecture, University of Civil Engineering, or university with the same major;

– Having a design practice certificate is an advantage;

– Ability to lead and manage a team

– At least 02 years of experience in the field of design or construction of works and technical infrastructure projects, commercial centers, resort projects;

– Knowledge and proficiency using software: AutoCAD, office (M.Word, M.Excel, M.Powerpoint)… and software that supports design calculations;

– Basic knowledge of principles and order of work management, management of records, principles of design drawings’ presentations, explanations (including technical specifications), making design estimates;

– Knowledge of types of materials, specifications of materials used in actual construction.

IV. Working Time – Workplace

1. Time

– Working hours: 8.30 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays/ month

– Siesta: from 12 pm to 1.30 pm
