Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Implementing the design of traffic works, traffic items, leveling in technical infrastructure projects from the stage of urban planning to the stage of construction drawing design;
– Leading the Transport Construction team to follow the project progress
– Calculating pavement structure, retaining wall…;
– Writing traffic design presentations;
– Participating in external activities: inspecting and surveying the current status, working with the appraisal agency to protect the design plan and volume in the design file;
– Participating in presentations and working with investors and professional agencies on design solutions;
– Under the direct management of the Chairman and the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in bridge and road construction from University of Transport or equivalent;
– Experience in leading and managing teams;
– At least 3 years of experience in designing traffic constructions;
– Priority is given to candidates who can manage the following design jobs: leveling, stormwater drainage, wastewater;
– Able to go on business trips, out-of-business (during the day);
– Proficient in relevant application software;
– Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility, high work pressure;
– Be proactive in work, have skills to work independently and work as a team;
– Honesty, solidarity – support and help each other in work, high responsibility in work.

Working Time – Workplace
1. Time
– Working hours: 8.30 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays/ month
– Siesta: from 12 pm to 1.30 pm
