I. Responsibilities:
– Deploying the structural design of the company’s design projects.
– Leading the Structure team to follow the project progress
– Modeling and calculating components: foundations, columns, walls, beams, floors…
– Providing a safe and optimal structure plan in terms of materials.
– Deploying structural design documents with good quality.
– Coordinating with the construction site to adjust or change the design according to the construction method.
– Presenting and explaining structural design
– Monitoring and checking structural design documents for projects that the company assigns external consultants to design.
– Coordinating with the disciplines of architecture, MEP, cost estimation… to check the suitability of structural design documents.
– Gathering structural design documents for each item, synthesizing them into a complete set of design documents.
– Participating in controlling and criticizing the quality of structural design documents of partners when the company cooperates in investment.
– Following up the process of implementing structural design documents of other design consultants.
II. Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in civil and industrial construction (official system) at the University of Civil Engineering or university with the same major;
– Experience in leading and managing teams;
– Preferably having a practicing certificate of structural design;
– At least 03 years of experience in the field of project structure design, with priority given to high-rise buildings and commercial center projects, resort projects;
– Experience in working with equipment and material suppliers to collect information, update equipment and new technologies for design;
– Ability to make structural plans and understand the vibrations of the Building.
– Proficient in specialized design software such as ETAB, SAFE, PLAXIS, AUTOCAD, REVIT, office (M.Word, M.Excel, M.Powerpoint)
– Basic knowledge of principles and order of work management, management of records, principles of design drawings’ presentations, explanations (including technical specifications), making design estimates;
– Knowledge of types of materials, specifications of materials used in actual construction.

IV. Working Time – Workplace
1. Time
– Working hours: 8.30 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays/ month
– Siesta: from 12 pm to 1.30 pm
