Job Description
I. Responsibilities:
– Creating landscape architecture design ideas for urban areas, parks, public works, interior and exterior landscape design.
– Examining, planning, responsible for work progress and preparation for the concept idea and implementation;
– Providing professional opinions for landscape design ideas and proposing appropriate design solutions.
– Managing urban design, basic design, technical design, construction engineering design of landscape architecture work.
– Proposing design ideas by the investor’s requirements and design standards;
– Deploying and expressing landscape architecture ideas into products that are 2D drawings, 3D graphics;
– Developing and finalizing design ideas before deploying and demonstrating;
– Leading the design team to follow the project progress closely
– Presenting the design to the investor and the approving agency;
– Performing work according to responsibility. And other tasks as assigned by the leader.
II. Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree from university majoring in Architecture, Planning, Landscape Architecture;
– At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
– Ability to express 2D, 3D well. Proficient in using specialized software;
– Having the good professional capacity and creative thinking;
– Ability to work accurately, scientifically and with concentration;
– Good presentation and communication skills;
– Ability to plan, manage, direct the design team and coordinate with sub-designers is an advantage.

IV. Working Time – Workplace
1. Time
– Working hours: 8.30 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays/ month
– Siesta: from 12 pm to 1.30 pm
