Quan Ho Cultural Center is a proposed plan to organize Quan Ho-related activities, including performances, exhibitions, exhibitions and preservation of tangible and intangible values. The plan with the first floor is vacant, used entirely for public purposes connected with the surrounding landscape. From the 2nd floor upwards, there are 2 layers designed with the inner layer being functional spaces, the outer layer being a buffer space of 100% natural light. The shell of the modern building uses traditional carved details.
