I. Responsibilities:
– Making and managing construction cost estimates for Technical Infrastructure, Landscape, and Civil Construction works (Establishment, total cost estimate, total investment);
– Presiding over the collection and preparation of bids including;
– Collecting, evaluating bidding documents and proposing plans to participate in bidding for design consultancy;
– Coordinating actively with other specialized departments to ensure the requirements on progress and accuracy of records;
– Update legal documents regularly on the formulation and management of construction costs; the unit prices and types of materials on the market;
– Analyzing the financial-economic efficiency of the project;
– Coordinating independently with partners to perform work when required;
– Managing records and internal documents on budgeting majors;
– Working with the investor, the unit verifying or approving the estimate for the company’s projects
II. Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Economics from University of Civil Engineering, University of Transport and Communications, Architectural University, ThuyLoi University,… or university with the same major
– Having a construction practicing certificate is preferred;
– At least 02 years of experience in the field of cost estimation, total cost estimation, the total investment of works and project technical infrastructure, priority is given to high-rise buildings and commercial center projects, projects Resort;
– Experience in working with equipment and material suppliers to collect information, update equipment and new technology for a quotation;
– Knowledge and proficiency using software: AutoCAD, office (M.Word, M.Excel, M.Powerpoint) … and supporting software for estimation such as Estimating F1, Eta, G8… .;
– Basic knowledge of principles and order of work management, records management, principles of document presentation;
– Knowledge of types of materials, specifications of materials used in practice

IV. Working Time – Workplace
1. Time
– Working hours: 8.30 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays/ month
– Siesta: from 12 pm to 1.30 pm
