Researching the characteristics of the Moc Chau Farm area project has led to the design inspiration of an ecological urban area bearing the breath of tea gardens. Complex landscape topography is a challenging factor and also an opportunity to exploit the unique features of the project.
Eco-urban model which connects architectural space and landscape, living areas filled with green space using native trees and existing trees such as tea, apricots, plums, peaches, lemons creates attractive landscapes and separates identification for each sub-zone.
Urban facilities such as commercial areas, highland markets, schools, green parks, and sports are distributed at central locations to ensure a service radius.
The Teahouse is designed as a highlight project overlooking the central tea park of the residence, is both is a welcome entry point to the resort area and a place for cultural exchange and development for residents and visitors in the area.
