Job Description
I. Responsibilities:
– Setting goals for the company’s general business activities;
– Accomplish the set goals with specific strategies, plans and actions;
– Expanding relationships, especially relationships with real estate developers. In addition, it also establishes relationships with other design consulting companies and partners (not in the same consulting field to avoid competition) to share customer files;
– Following and maintaining good relationships, communicate regularly to capture information about new projects of investors in the market;
– Cultivating and building personal and company image, enhancing self-worth to be able to communicate with high-quality relationships;
– Presenting about the company’s capacity when having new customers;
– In charge of business contracts: Prepare bid documents, negotiate and sign contracts and monitor contracts;
– Performing other duties related to the company’s business activities.
II. Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related fields;
– Have at least 5 years of experience
– Experience in real estate is preferred (Operating in the field of design consultancy is an advantage);
– Have outstanding communication skills, subtlety in behavior, quick in finance;
– Organized, versatile, dynamic, responsible and able to work under high pressure;
– Ability to handle internal conflicts, conflicts with customers, analytical mind to handle situations;
– Proficient in computers (Word and Excel); – Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
– Fluence in English is an advantage

IV. Working Time – Workplace
1. Time
– Working hours: 8.30 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays/ month
– Siesta: from 12 pm to 1.30 pm
