I. Responsibilities:
1. JC Scape
– Managing internal cash fund collection and expenditure;
– Monitoring and collecting debts of customers and suppliers;
– Receiving and managing employee records; employee MST registration;
– Calculating salary and payments according to monthly employee salary; Register the increase or decrease of social insurance for employees;
– Making documents for acceptance and payment of the Project;
– Reporting on financial situation quarterly, 6 months, year;
– Collecting and analyzing accounting information to make journal entries of assets, liabilities, equity;
– Recording financial transactions;
– Collecting information, preparing balance sheets, income statements and other reports to summarize the current financial position;
– Checking licenses to verify financial transactions;
– Developing and implementing accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes;
– Researching and interpreting data to address accounting-financial issues;
– Keeping information confidential to protect the value of the organization;
– Complying with financial policies and regulations, attending training courses, reading specialized publications, maintaining relationships and joining professional organizations to update industry knowledge;
– Completing related results as needed to complete accounting tasks.
2. Institute of Planning
– Cost estimating for each project assignment sheet;
– Refunding from projects.
II. Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in Accounting, at least 1 year of experience in the position of an accountant or related positions;
– Proficient in using MS Office;
– Capable of synthesizing, mastering the accounting regime and having accounting professional capacity;
– Ability to self-organize and develop plans to perform assigned tasks;
– Skilled in summarizing and analyzing reports. Perform duties accurately following regulations.

IV. Working Time – Workplace
1. Time
– Working hours: 8.30 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays/ month
– Siesta: from 12 pm to 1.30 pm
